We are a community of anime fans, we operate a forum, a wiki of anime information and a gallery where members can upload images and short videos.
According to whois data, Fansub TV opened in 2004 and Maikuando.tv in 2008.
In 2016 Fansub.tv changed ownership and merged with Maikaundo.tv, the web site you see today is the result of that merger.
Fansub.tv means Fansubs?
No, not any more.
Firstly, understand that our name and this community is very old, it dates back to a different time, a time when Fansubs were generally tolerated as the majority of anime was never released outside of Japan. That was a long time ago, times have changed, anime is now released around the world, streaming services by Crunchyroll and Funimation (and many others) are a reality.
Maikuando.Tv has been offering fully legal, official anime streaming via Crunchyroll since 2013.
We do still allow the DISCUSSION of anime fansubs, for historical reasons (but no linking).
We do NOT provide any Fansubs, be it subtitled anime or srt files, no pirated content.
We do not operate any form of 'trackers' or other 'bittorrent' related items.
We DO comply with DMCA requests. Please use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page.
